Business Analyst

You will be working closely with our Product Management team and our Advisors/Clients when they reach out (support) to connect. While driving data analysis, automation activities on small to medium size projects and/or programs and ad hoc requests? Are you ready to ensure your contributions make an impact? - Clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information to various audiences for maximum impact

**What will you do?**

**Business Analysis & Consulting**
- ** Assess, research, analyze and document issues raised by Branches, Helpdesk and Clients**:

- Analyze and champion the voice of the client - be part of translating Advisor/Client pains into opportunities to create solutions that are not yet articulated
- With direction from Product Owner (PO), prepare and analyze documents for new and existing initiatives projects (small to large of varying complexity)
- Work with IT Analysts and Product Owner on detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business systems issues
- Assess, research, analyze and document issues raised by Branches, Helpdesk and Clients
- Work with the Program Owner to recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs as well as continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
- Assist with end user documentation and training.
- Coordinate and assist with managing pilot groups and product/process roll-outs
- Assist with preparing presentations for delivery to business, technology partners and management teams as required

**Planning & Testing**
- Develop detailed use cases and test cases for user acceptance and implementation planning
- Assist with user acceptance and implementation testing

**Relationships & Communication**
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners
- Facilitate small to large meetings and conducts information gathering sessions
- Take meeting minutes and prepare meeting agendas
- Resolve conflicts/issues of med-major complexity and escalates to others as appropriate
- Develop criteria for and participate in the evaluation of 3rd party vendors and software as well as due diligence exercises.

**Development & Coaching**
- Continually enhance skills and builds knowledge in all aspects of the organization, the business and information systems.

**Administration**
- Work with teams in Confluence/Jira
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and coordinate among groups from initiation to closure and facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration, coordinating information flow between project participants

**Must Have**

- Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience on technology-powered products
- Disciplined in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Management
- Dealing with Ambiguity
- Effectively gather, synthesize and drive resolution of project tasks in a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
- Results oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Advanced MS Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
