Onsite IT Support Analyst

**Accurate Network Services Inc.** is on the hunt for an Onsite Technical Analyst to join our team of lovable computer geeks.

This is a full-time position, weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as some after-hours or weekend work. You will be required to take part in an on-call rotation to provide afterhours technical support to our clients (approximately one week every six weeks). This role involves a significant amount of travel within the Calgary region during regular business hours.

The person who holds this role is the face of Accurate, providing awesome (not to mention critical) deskside support for our clients at their offices. As an Onsite Tech, our clients count on you for your ability to deal with hardware and cabling hands-on, as well as your troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at clients’ offices.
- Complete onsite change requests (installing or moving devices, cable management, etc.).
- Scheduling and planning onsite visits, prioritizing urgent requests.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring completed work looks professional and clean.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness to deliver results for the customer (work with vendors, teams, and thinking outside the box).

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to create network cables and run network lines for devices
- Ability to move or install devices of moderate weight. Examples include, but are not limited to computers, printers, TVs, Smart Boards, Video Conferencing equipment, and Wireless Access Points.
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft and network certifications
- A valid driver’s license
