**About our team**:We are starting a new team composed of a mixture of experienced EA/EA SPORTS employees and new talent from across industries. With some of the most valuable IP in the world, and the resources EA has to offer, we have access to the capabilities needed to deliver amazing new experiences for an expanded audience of players worldwide.

As a Producer on the team you will partner with team leaders to help plan and guide the delivery of game experiences. You’ll be involved in development, from the early concept stages through production and final stages.

Producers are the bridge between the design team and project managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our players.

**Responsibilities**:

- An experienced producer or product manager with 5+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology focused roles.
- Has experience developing economy and progression system based features.
- Is well-versed with waterfall and agile development processes.
- Has experience developing a staged product plan, including the creation of user stories and deliverables.
- Having experience in UI/UX and Game Design is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Has a love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.
- Has a passion for pioneering, and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
- Is a master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.

**Qualifications**:

- Partner with the Line Producer and Lead Producer to establish product goals, then with Designers to create metagame based features.
- Oversee major features through development, and be responsible for feature quality and ensuring the feature vision is upheld.
- Work with partners to vet features and prioritize the backlog to ensure work is aligned with product strategy.
- You will be actively involved in mitigating risk to successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- Work with Project Managers on feature delivery processes and proposing improved workflows.
- Work with team developers and QA to ensure quality is managed at the highest standards.
- Identify dependencies and promote the delivery of the requirements across several teams.
- You will report into the production leader of your area.

BC CPENSOMATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
