We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Administrator to join our team. The shop administrator will be responsible for creating and issuing PO's, receiving requests and ordering parts, supplying shop staff with their materials. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong knowledge of HD parts, and machinery, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving
- Strong knowledge of parts and components
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist employees with their required materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Comply with all safety regulations and JDA company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the general public.
- Process orders and shipments in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to express a positive attitude in stressful situations / handle stress effectively and constructively.

**Certifications & Training**:

- Valid H2S alive, First Aid and CSO, recommended.
