**JOB TITLE**

Clubhouse Server

Reports To: Assistant F&B Manager and/or Food & Beverage Manager

**JOB SCHEDULE**

Part time, full time, seasonal work

Daytime, evening, and weekend availability required.

**JOB OUTLINE**

The Clubhouse Server is responsible to provide Members & their guests with an exceptional and memorable experience when using the Clubhouse dining facilities.

Focus is on food and beverage sales and service in the dining room, lounge, and patio.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1-2 years serving experience required.

Knowledge of POS Software.

ProServe certification is required.
Must be an excellent team player with a positive attitude. Superior service skills, professional manner, with experience working in a fast-paced work environment.

Willingness to learn, easily adapts, strong problem-solving skills.

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time when necessary.

Must be available to work all shifts, including holidays.

Must have a reliable form of transportation as public transport is not available.

Golf course and/or Private Club experience is not required but is considered an asset.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent Member & guest service
- Sales and service of food and beverage, bartending/making drink orders as needed
- Ensure Members are greeted in a timely manner
- Ensure orders are taken, and food and beverages are delivered promptly and professionally
- Complete side duties as required
- Assist with events set up, take down, and execution when necessary
- Ensure compliance with AGLC laws and regulations

**KEY GOALS**
- Increase Member and guest satisfaction through attention to detail and knowledge of Member requirements and preferences
- Providing courteous, consistent, and efficient service
- Support fellow coworkers and continually work as a team
