**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
You will assist with real estate and property management functions for FCL and Local Co-op’s including, property development/management, leasing, dispositions, and management of property tax appeal process. Note - approximate annual local travel of 5%.

Property Management & Lease Administration
- You will provide the initial lease review and act as the point of contact for day to day questions regarding leases for Saskatoon Co-op, FCL, and other Co-ops in the CRS.
- You will assist with lease administration, communication with tenants, accountants, lawyers, facility managers, regarding shopping center rules, repairs and maintenance, lease rates and coordinating tenant move ins and move outs.

Property Tax Appeal Program
- You will co-ordinate the Property Tax Appeal Program for FCL and Retail properties and assists FCL business units and Local Co-op’s with the process, including coordinating the authorizations, tracking appeals, forwarding invoices, setting up users in Sharepoint, and uploading assessments.

Valuations
- You will prepare value estimates for retail properties to help guide real estate decisions.
- You will research lease rates as well as market rates to assist with acquisitions, sales and leasing.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Real Estate and:

- You have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in real estate including an understanding of the basic principles of leasing and property management, or are a new grad with a post secondary education, with preference for majors relating to real estate, finance, accounting, or urban planning.
- You’re proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and an understanding of accounting and financial practices. Interest in or currently enrolled in a relevant program such BOMI or REIC.
- You are able to learn quickly, work independently, and are able to multi task on various projects with tight timelines
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
