We are looking for an exceptional **IT COORDINATOR **to join our team.

The IT Coordinator (help desk support) performs various functions, including providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software to clients, end users, and the organization. They are required to respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

**Duties**
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic technical problems related to computer systems, hardware and software
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software systems, including PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel and collaborate with team members to resolve problems
- Document, track and examine service requests and incidents in the help desk tracking system and update the status of requests to ensure timely solutions
- Troubleshoot client login issues to determine and resolve reported problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve telephone and VOIP issues
- Contact customer support and maintain eFax system where applicable
- Track warranties and inventory
- Interact with network services
- Submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
- Write, edit and revise how-to-guides with updated information when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Administer cloud services, including Google Apps
- Responsible for maintaining a well-organized inventory and storage system for all IT hardware
- Assist in training computer users
- Maintain daily optimal performance of computer systems
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware/software; and install peripherals for users
- Address technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems to resolve network connectivity issues
- Obtain customer feedback regarding their experiences using the company’s computers or other products.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in a related discipline and 1 yrs. experience (preferred), or High School Diploma and 2 yrs. experience. Obtained certification in the following will be given preference (CompTIA Security+. CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA Windows 10)
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role related to the work is preferred
- Ability to follow complex and unique processes and adapt to change rapidly
- Analytical thinker with the ability to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
- Able to independently diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Adept knowledge of the following: Trouble Ticketing Systems, Monitoring Tools, Network Protocols, LAN/WAN knowledge, TCP/IP, Internet/Browsers, and Spreadsheets is preferred

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
