**Role Overview**:
This pivotal role places you at the core of our ebike division, driving operational, sales, and customer service excellence. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that bolster our presence in the market. Your role will be instrumental in leading initiatives across customer experience management, operations, project management, and technology integrations, including AI, to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, with a preference for backgrounds in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in customer experience management, project management, and technology integrations.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in team building and workforce management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with ERP, CRM systems and expertise in SKU management.
