Make an impact with our Consulting team as a Consulting Analyst with a focus on creative communications. **Responsibilities**
- **_Seventy-five percent (75%)_** of your time will be focused on supporting our Consulting Practice with:

- The design, development, and refinement of client deliverables including but not limited to reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- **_Twenty-five percent (25%) _**of your time will be focused on supporting our Consulting Practice with:

- Entering, reviewing, and maintaining client accounts and contact information in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Coordinating logistics and workflow for engagement team members and preparing documents to be reviewed and signed
- Responsible for managing and scheduling internal and external meetings, including the preparation of supporting materials
- Responsible for preparing and submitting expense claims
- Responsible for managing deadlines and reviewing workflow with the Consulting team
- Maintenance of electronic filing systems
- Contribution to the development of new ideas and processes to improve workflow
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- 2 or more years of experience in a professional working environment
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the formatting functionalities of Microsoft Office suite of tools such as, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Creative communication skills
- Experience creating data visualizations
- Keen eye for document design
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with publishing software considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- Creative communications certificate or diploma is considered a strong asset
