**Key Responsibilities**:

- Estimate project costs accurately based on client specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals and bids for potential projects.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure accurate estimations and smooth project transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business prospects.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company's services and expand its client base.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the steel fabrication industry, with a focus on estimating and sales.
- Proficient knowledge of ASME Sect VIII, Div 1 code and ISO standards.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, steel fabrication techniques, welding processes, machining methods, and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to produce accurate project estimates and proposals.
- Proficient in written and spoken English to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Post secondary education in a related field is preferred.
