**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**:
Le titulaire du poste est appelé, entre autres, à s’assurer de produire des pièces de qualité, à assurer la sécurité, le bien-être et le rendement des employés qui lui sont assignés, tout en respectant les valeurs et les objectifs de l’entreprise**.**

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Maintenir le système de gestion en place et veiller à l’exécution des Contrôles de Variation de Performance (CVP) de 2 à 3 fois par quart de travail ;
- Veiller à maintenir les acquis reliés à l’usine 4.0 ;
- Veiller à la santé et sécurité au travail (SST) des employés sous sa responsabilité ;
- Assurer la qualité des produits livrés (clients internes et externes) ;
- Assurer l’amélioration constante de la productivité, le tout dans un esprit d’amélioration continue ;
- Soutenir les employés sous sa responsabilité quant à l’organisation de la production, de façon à faire respecter les calendriers de production et à réduire la non-valeur ajoutée (NVA) ;
- Participer quotidiennement à la revue de production avec son supérieur et à la revue de transition avec ses collègues de travail ;
- Maintenir unclimat de travail favorable au bien-être des employés et de l’entreprise, en plus de représenter cette dernière lors de mésentente, tout en respectant la convention collective ;
- Participer activement à l’accueil, à l’intégration, à la formation et à l’évaluation du personnel sous sa responsabilité ;
- Solliciter et stimuler ses employés afin qu’ils soumettent des idées d’amélioration et veillez à leur implantation ;
- Gérer le rendement du personnel sous sa responsabilité et lui donner régulièrement des rétroactions ;
- Déterminer les besoins de formation du personnel sous sa responsabilité et s’assurer qu’ils sont comblés ;
- Veillez à conserver l’uniformité des processus sur tous les quarts de travail.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**:

- Diplôme d’études post-secondaires en génie industriel et/ou mécanique, administration ou gestion des opérations;
- Expérience en gestion de personnel ;
- Excellentes connaissances en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail;
- Connaissance de la PVA (production à valeur ajoutée) et des principes Kaizen ;
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office ;
- Connaissance de la norme ISO, un aout;
- Leadership positif avec un esprit novateur;
- Bon communicateur, joueur d’équipe et bon jugement;
- Autonome, flexible, organisé et rigoureux.

**EXPÉRIENCE**
- Minimum de 3 à 6 années d’expérience pertinente;
- Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué.
