The position of a Cleaner at All Ways Clean Inc. consists of working with a team or independently in a variety of properties from commercial to residential, job sites, offices, clinics, hotels and more. We have a diverse portfolio

The duties of a Cleaner are below:

- Shadowing Management to learn the AWC way of cleaning and performing daily duties
- Cleaning residential and commercial spaces and construction sites
- Stock caddies and clean equipment in shop
- Lifting, pushing, spraying and wiping, moping, vacuuming, organizing and doing laundry amongst many other physical tasks.

All positions at AWC are responsible for having the company app downloaded and access to it during the work day. The app is a portal for staff to clock in and out, access their schedule and payroll.

This position consists of working solo some days and in a team setting. The Cleaner will be solely responsible for coming to work 15 minutes prior to start time to get organized, load work vehicles and head out of the shop on their scheduled start time.

This position also involves performing any combination of light-heavy cleaning duties to maintain private households and commercial establishments (such as offices, gyms and clinics) in a clean, skillful and orderly manner.

The position also consists of representing the business professionally in the company vehicles and personal vehicle used for work purposes.

The Uniform for this position is very strict. The Cleaner must wear the following to each shift:

- Clean Black scrubs
- Clean Black socks
- Clean Black footwear
- Black sweater and/or jacket
- Hair tied back (if applicable)
- Clean Face Mask (if applicable)
- For construction: CSA approved steel toed boots, high vis vest, hard hat

**Salary**: $18.59-$26.19 per hour

**Education**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
