**Labourer**

Canadian Western Infrastructure is looking for general labourer for work in Brooks, AB. This position supports HDD drilling work to install the new Brooksnet Fiber network.

RESPONSIBILITIES*
To provide some idea of the tasks you may be performing, a list of responsibilities may include:

- The work scope is backfilling and moving materials for HDD Drilling (fiber) construction;
- Must be willing to perform manual labour as required;
- Executing field projects according to instructions provided by the client, project manager and the field supervisor with mínimal supervision;
- Work with mínimal supervision and direction;
- Execute work in a safety conscious manner;
- Complete all site documentation as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Qualifications for this project are a combination of skills and attitude:

- Labourer experience
- Neat and diligent in maintaining equipment
- Good judgement and problem-solving capacity
- Fit to work in a rigorous environment
- Ability to work in congested areas in residential neighbourhoods
- Experience with skid steers and mini-backhoes an asset.
- CSTS and Ground Disturbance level 2 is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
- ground disturbance level 2 (preferred)
- CSTS (preferred)
