Kitchen Staff Responsibilities
- Cooking
- Food preparation
- Clean and sanitize dishes and all cookware utensils according to health and safety policies and procedures
- Clean and sanitize work stations, lounge area, and restrooms
- Ensure quality food service is provided at all times
- In charge of opening and closing kitchen
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Kitchen Staff Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant - Asian cuisine (Asset)
- Food Handlers Certification
- Physical ability to stand and lift
- Willingness to work weekends and holiday shifts
- Strong knowledge of food safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a well-developed palate
- WHMIS and First Aid CPR Certified (preferred)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
