Personal Assistant & Business Admin

A family owned portfolio of businesses is seeking a personal assistant and business admin to its owners. The company has stake in a diversified portfolio including real estate, income properties, spas and gyms among others.

The personal assistant will serve as the primary contact for owners in everyday needs, solving problems and getting things done through creative thinking and administrative work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot a portfolio of income properties needs (in Toronto and USA)
- Correspond with legal and professional providers on behalf of the owners
- Lead build out projects as needed
- Work and collaborate with others to plan, manage and implement systems to align with

business priorities
- Work with owners internal departments; accounting, marketing, regional managers etc.

as required on issues
- Perform other tasks as required

- Ability to deal with various personalities in a professional manner.
- Possess strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new skills to enhance all business efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities, develop plans and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
- A result driven self-starter with the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and as part of a team;
Most work will be done remotely with onsite visits as needed to locations in the GTA.

Option for flexible hours.

Salary will match experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
