Sqf Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the SQF (Safe Quality Food) system to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective Quality Control & Food Safety Processes.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor product quality, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train employees on SQF requirements, food safety protocols and procedures.
- Curate and update documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with SQF standards and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education
- 1-2 years' experience in a food safety environment.
- SQF & HACCP certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an SQF Practitioner or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SQF standards, food safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Ability to analyze data and use statistical methods for food safety compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential non-conformities or deviations from standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively train employees on SQF processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation purposes.
