Titanium Pressure Washing is seeking a highly motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. The Door to Door Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and selling our pressure washing services to homeowners and businesses in the local area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and sell our pressure washing services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and pricing structure
- Identify potential customers and make cold calls to schedule appointments
- Meet or exceed sales goals by converting leads into sales
- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage leads and follow up with potential customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Represent Titanium Pressure Washing with a professional image and demeanor

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to overcome objections
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

- Base salary plus commission
- Health insurance benefits (for full-time employees)
- Paid time off (for full-time employees)

**Salary**: $45,512.00-$52,205.00 per year
