As a lecturer in artificial intelligence, you are in charge of teaching courses to students, creating course syllabi, correcting students' assignments. Among the skills and notions transmitted, we find:

- Skills related to the technical needs of AI industries
- The mathematical concepts necessary for the creation of models and solutions applicable to the computer field
- Preparing and exploring data, defining a problem and choosing the appropriate algorithm
- Integration of different interdisciplinary elements in order to generate results that support decision-making that add value to the company
- Understanding how machine learning works

**Status**: Contract - Fall session 2024
**Location**: Lasalle College, Montreal (Quebec) and online
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan class sessions ;
- Deliver sessions in a dynamic, efficient and structured manner ;
- Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach ;
- Administer and correct assessments ;
- Monitor each student and encourage success ;
- Be available to students in order to promote their development of the skill targeted by the course ;
- All other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada ;
- Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned ;
- Teaching or have teaching experience in the discipline for one full semester within the last five (5) years ;
- Have practised a trade or profession related to the discipline or course in question for at least two (2) years.
