**Customer Service Representative - Logistics**

Your new role will be_**

As our newest **Customer Service Representative - Logistics (18 month contract)**, your passion for communicating with people and delivering great customer service will be your strongest asset as you build relations with our clients and promote a positive company image. In your day-to-day you will take responsibility for order processing and providing accurate and prompt information regarding customer orders.

**This is a temporary 18-month contract for a replacement of a maternity leave.**

The main activities you’ll take care of _**
- Receiving PO’s from Parts Specialists and processing the order by our CRM system for internal and external customers
- Ensuring good communication between our departments for inventory inquiries
- Receiving, processing, and investigating any customer returns and informing them of our returns policies
- Maintaining a good company imagine and building good relations with customers in handling their questions, requests, and concerns
- Instructing the warehouse team in shipping priorities (i.e. calling transport)
- Participating in the annual inventory count with the rest of the logistics department

- Base salary
- 35-hour work week with work-from-home flexibility
- 3 weeks’ vacation, 5 flex days, 5 sick days and 1 floater day

What will help you succeed in your new role_**
- You’ve achieved a minimum of a high school diploma
- You’re fluently bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- You’re strong with computer systems including Microsoft Office (SAP and any ticket system experience would be a strong asset)

This position requires fluent English communication skills for speaking with customers and colleagues across Canada.
