**Principales responsabilités**
- Développement, conception, administration et maintenance de sites Web en anglais et en français sur la plateforme Shopify.
- Gérer toutes les activités en ligne liées à l'acquisition de trafic, aux ventes, à la conversion et au reporting.
- Travailler avec l'équipe marketing et les marques pour concevoir et créer des pages de renvoi spécifiques à la campagne et mettre à jour les pages d'accueil, y compris la conception des bannières, des mises en page et du contenu.
- Gérer la création et la maintenance continue des produits, c'est-à-dire les descriptions de produits, les images de produits et d'autres attributs.
- Modifier et télécharger des images de produits et le contenu du site selon la norme.
- Auditer et mettre à jour les sites Web pour garantir que les informations sur les produits sont correctement affichées et présentées (liens de menu, informations sur les produits, filtres, etc.) du point de vue du client.
- Participer aux initiatives Web, aux améliorations et au développement de fonctionnalités, selon les besoins.
- Coordonner, avec les équipes du magasin, la bonne exécution des commandes par rapport à tous les projets liés au site Web.
- Développer et gérer une navigation optimisée, la catégorisation des produits et la création du site en partenariat avec les équipes de catégorie et de marketing.
- Collaborer avec les partenaires internes et les parties prenantes pour identifier les opportunités de promotion des produits, augmenter l'engagement et la conversion.
- Opérer la recherche sur le site Web pour améliorer la facilité d’utilisation en s’assurant que les résultats de recherche soient pertinents ainsi que les options de raffinement et les classements de produits.
- Surveiller les analyses Web pour aider à identifier les défis d'utilisabilité et les opportunités de nouveaux produits.
- Maintenir une analyse comparative concurrentielle ; fournir des informations et des recommandations sur la conception, la fonctionnalité et le marchandisage du site.

**Qualifications requises**
- Formé en marketing, en affaires ou dans un autre domaine pertinent.
- Bilingue (anglais et français).
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le commerce en ligne, dans un environnement de commerce électronique de détail.
- Expérience avec la plateforme de commerce électronique Shopify.
- Maîtrise d'Adobe Creative Suite, notamment Photoshop, Illustrator et InDesign ; ainsi que Canva.
- Expérience avec des logiciels de montage vidéo comme Adobe Premiere Pro ou Final Cut Pro.
- Expérience avec les techniques de marchandisage en ligne.
- Une expérience en maintenance CMS/base de données est considérée comme un atout majeur.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Google Sheets et Google Analytics.
- Compétences avancées de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.
- Avoir une mentalité très commerciale.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication.
- Capacité avérée à effectuer plusieurs tâches avec succès dans un environnement en évolution rapide avec des priorités changeantes.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Development, design, administration, and maintenance of websites in English and French on the Shopify platform.
- Manage all online activity concerning traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
- Work with the marketing team and brands to design and build campaign-specific landing pages and update the home pages
- including the design of banners, page layouts and content.
- Manage creation and ongoing maintenance of products i.e. product descriptions, product imagery and other attributes.
- Edit and upload product images and site content to standard.
- Use Shopify tools and apps to launch and maintain pricing and promotions.
- Audit and update the websites to ensure that product information is properly displayed and presented (menu links, product information, filters etc.) from the customer's perspective.
- Assist with web initiatives, enhancements and feature development as required.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper fulfilment of orders with any projects tied to the website.
- Develop & manage optimised navigation, product categorisation & site creative in partnership with the category and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal partners & stakeholders to identify opportunities to promote products and increase engagement and conversion.
- Drive onsite search to improve site usability, ensuring relevant search finds, refinement options and product rankings.
