La Ruota Coquitlam is excited to announce a job opening for a **Store Manager**

If you have previous pizza store management experience, and are passionate about delivering the best quality pizzas to customers, we would love to hear from you

**Requirement**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the pizza industry, knowledgeable in the pizza making process.
- **Must have previous experience making (Neapolitan Style preferably) pizzas.**:

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, inventory, and labor costs.
- Understanding of food and beverage service, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and set staff schedules
- Monitor staff performance and ensure proper execution and compliance with company policies and procedures on the assigned tasks.
- Maintain a high standard of safeness and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Prepare monthly sales reports and set targets
- Resolve customer complaints and maximize customer satisfaction
- Participate and collaborate in marketing plan and implementation
- Control operational costs on products and keep track of inventory

**Salary**: Starting from $20 per hour, with great commissions
