Store Manager

Minhas Market Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to meet sales targets and company goals.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
