Working with lawyers and law clerks, our team is well equipped to address any real estate matters, from simple closings of purchases, sales, mortgages, and refinances, to acting on behalf of institutional mortgage and private lenders.

**What We Are Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain carriage of power of sale files from beginning to end
- Preparation of demand letters, default judgment, motion records and writs of possession, discharge statements, and other related documents
- Ensure that client is updated via DRN, Techom and/or Litigation/Collection Highway in a timely manner
- Communicate with debtors regarding resolutions, as required
- Preparing and sending document requests to client as required
- Review title searches
- Review file and escalate concerns to lawyer
- Produce the highest quality of work
- Accountable for all work assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years previous experience as a Mortgage Enforcement Law Clerk
- Strong knowledge of the power of sale process in Ontario
- The ability to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Successful completion of a related post-secondary education program in a law clerk program

- Experience with Techom/DRN/FCT/Litigation Highway
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Able to work independently
- Ability to problem solve; good judgment and decision making
- High level of professionalism
