Dental Assistant/customer Service Representative

**Mainline Medical Dental Supply (MMDS)** is hiring a full-time permanent Dental Assistant/Customer Service Representative. You will work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM - 5 PM.

Since its inception, **MMDS** has distributed healthcare products across North America. We are a family-run business that takes pride in our work and commitment to delivering. We embrace challenges and encourage innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively address and respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with both operations and sales teams to understand processes.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets proficiently, handling tasks such as updating product and inventory information.

**Qualifications**:

- A true self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.
- Previous experience in customer service over the phone, emphasizing strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to address customer concerns and diffuse situations effectively.
- Absolute must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Enthusiastic and confident with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Outstanding time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
