In close collaboration with our preclinical and translational teams, the **Clinical Sample Manager** will play an integral part in ensuring the success of our drug development programs by managing the receipt, storage, and management of biospecimens associated with our preclinical and clinical programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, optimize and manage the biospecimen management system
- Perform and coordinate biospecimen reception and shipments
- Track samples location with vendors
- Coordinate requests for sample analysis by our scientists
- Maintain and update sample inventory lists
- Prepare reports on completed tasks
- Support sample analysis and method development activities

**You should bring**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Life Sciences or a related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in either clinical or healthcare environment as a sample or lab manager
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across several teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with sample management software would be an asset
- Working knowledge of and experience with basic laboratory techniques would be an asset
