- **Assertiveness**: Confidence in asking for referrals and closing the deal is necessary.

**Required Experience**:

- **Tech-Savviness**: Familiarity with CRM tools and competence in virtual meetings and presentations.
- **Sales Process Management**: Understanding how to manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to follow-up and client acquisition.
- **Time Management**: Ability to juggle multiple clients and schedules effectively.
- **Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required)**: Healthcare or home care experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker if you have the right qualities.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include**:

- Generating new leads through networking, outreach, and referral sources.
- Building relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Understanding client needs through effective questioning and problem-solving.
- Managing and advancing sales leads through the pipeline while maintaining high standards of organization.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals, using your persistence and creative thinking.
- Continuously improving your skills through coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities.
