Commencing: SEPTEMBER 1, 2023
- recent and successful intermediate classroom experience;
- strong classroom management skills;
- the ability and energy to meet the needs of students with a range of learning

styles and abilities using a variety of teaching strategies;
- enthusiasm to work in a multi-graded classroom as part of a collaborative team in

a community-centered school;
- strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to communicate with

students, staff and parents;
- strong formative assessment practices;
- experience with RTI (Response to Intervention) systems;
- ability to integrate technology to enhance student learning;
- strong interest in innovation and inquiry; and
- ability to embed local Indigenous culture and ways of knowing into teaching

practices.
