Assist in the production of mushroom fruiting blocks through:

- Bagging compost substrate, and innoculating.
- Moving, packaging, and palletizing products - order fulfilment.
- Assisting in general farm duties as needed.
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery related to mushroom compost production.
- Performing heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Conducting routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems with the fruiting blocks.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and sterile working environment.
