Bilingual Data Privacy Analyst

**Position Summary**:
The Data Privacy Analyst has the primary responsibility to secure and promote the appropriate use, treatment, storage, conservation, governance, and timely deletion of information processed by the company (including personally identifiable information and confidential business information) to comply with all relevant privacy and data protection laws, and to gather, preserve, and distribute proof of compliance where applicable.

In coordination with the designated Company’s multidisciplinary team, the Data Privacy & Protection - Privacy Analyst will implement and manage the privacy program for MB Canada including:
- Ensure the implementation of the data protection and privacy program, including, but not limited to, the development and implementation of policies, risk assessments (i.e., third party risks, confidentiality, data protection), user management, roles, and permissions, troubleshooting, onboarding, etc.
- Develop best practice guidelines based on real situations to support the requirements of the customer while still maintaining strong data protection & privacy practices. Escalating requirement issues where needed.
- Manage and enforce retention policies and data deletion for all employees across the business.
- Develop data inventory & mapping automation through data discovery and classification.
- Maintain the integrity of the business data, systems and processes at all times.
- Support and provide guidance on proper practices when it relates to international data transfer assessments.
- Awareness Training - build a privacy-first culture and comply with privacy law by training employee across.
- Support team with handling Personal Data Breach & Security Governance, Risk & Compliance, Security Incident Management, communication, and coordinate with investigations team wherever necessary.
- Conduct security analysis to create and escalate mitigation plans to management.
- Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations.

En coordination avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire désignée de l'entreprise, l'analyste de la protection des données et de la confidentialité mettra en œuvre et gérera le programme de confidentialité pour Martin-Brower du Canada, notamment:
- Gérer les demandes des personnes concernées afin de respecter les délais réglementaires.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre du programme de protection des données et de confidentialité, notamment par l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de politiques, d'évaluations des risques (par exemple, les risques liés aux tiers, la confidentialité, la protection des données), la gestion des utilisateurs, les rôles et les autorisations, le dépannage, l'intégration, etc.
- Élaborer des lignes directrices de bonnes pratiques basées sur des situations réelles pour soutenir les exigences du client tout en maintenant des pratiques solides de protection des données et de confidentialité. Signaler les problèmes en matière de conformité lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Gérer et appliquer les politiques de conservation et de suppression des données pour tous les employés de l'entreprise.
- Développer l'automatisation de l'inventaire et de la cartographie des données grâce à la découverte et à la classification des données.
- Maintenir l'intégrité des données commerciales, des systèmes et des processus en permanence.
- Fournir un soutien et des conseils sur les bonnes pratiques en matière d'évaluations des transferts internationaux de données.
- Formation à la sensibilisation - créer une culture axée sur la confidentialité et se conformer à la loi sur la confidentialité par la formation des employés.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans la gestion des violations de données personnelles et la gouvernance de la sécurité, les risques et la conformité, la gestion des incidents de sécurité, la communication et coordonner avec l'équipe des enquêtes lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Effectuer des analyses de sécurité pour créer et faire progresser des plans d'atténuation auprès de la direction.
