**Votre rôle**:
- Superviser le travail en fonction des priorités fixées et des exigences de l'entreprise
- Résoudre tout problème qui pourrait survenir tout en assurant la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Effectuer des tâches de marchandisage selon les directives du directeur du magasin
- Superviser le processus de réapprovisionnement
- Gérer les activités promotionnelles en fonction des ventes et des initiatives de l'entreprise.
- S'informer des tendances actuelles et des concurrents afin de contribuer à l'élaboration d'une stratégie de marketing efficace
- Aider au recrutement du personnel pour le département sous sa responsabilité
- Déterminer l'horaire de travail tout en respectant le budget de main-d'œuvre établi et en veillant à ce que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits
- Encadrer, encourager et motiver les équipes
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
**Les compétences recherchées**:
- 5 ans d'expérience en gestion du personnel
- Expérience de la gestion d'un commerce de détail
- Solides compétences en leadership, débrouillardise et autonomie
- Excellentes compétences en communication
