The Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA) is a professional association for RMTs in Alberta. The CRMTA was established in the province for the purpose of maintaining and improving the professional standards of practice for the massage therapy industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage and oversee administrative tasks, demonstrating self-direction and initiative.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support various projects and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Be responsible for the sales of memberships and promotion of association courses and conferences
- Educate and advise RMT’s and members via phone on benefits of becoming a member and membership responsibilities
- Present information to members and potential members through classroom settings and one-to-one (in person and via phone)
- Data entry and upkeep

Education and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative/office experience
- Consideration will be given to a graduate from an accredited school of Massage Therapy with a Massage Therapy License (RMT)
- Previous experience working within the massage industry is an asset
- Demonstrated working knowledge of database systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing administrative responsibilities
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to change priorities with ease
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thought process
- Fast and accurate data entry
