**Job Duties**:

- Sales and service -tracking and scheduling repairs/pick-ups/deliveries
- Creating, amending and closing of work orders for the service department
- Invoicing, Receivables
- Warranty claims
- Other department tasks
- Admin duties; answering phones, filing, organizing, ordering office supplies

**Qualifications**:

- Technical knowledge an asset
- Warranty experience
- Service advisor background
- Administrative background
- Team player, attentive to details, customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
