**What you’ll do**
- Works with the Provincial eHealth Project Managers in developing work plans to implementation CareConnect as the provincial eHealth Viewer. Provides direction to the project manager.
- Maintains working knowledge of current tools and operational processes to ensure the Provincial Access Model is applied. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders such as privacy experts and the Ministry of Health to resolve issues identified in the Provincial Access Model.

**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional leadership skills. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Experience in a clinical setting. Accurate and detail oriented. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Exceptional customer focus and strong professional acumen. Highly organized and adept to managing multiple priorities. Extensive experience working with personal computers, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Ability to learn new software quickly.
Skills & Knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legislative obligations and provincial commitments found in the foundational documents - including Truth & Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action (2015), In Plain Sight (2020), BC's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019), United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), Reclaiming Power and Place Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls Calls for Justice (2019), the Declaration Act Action Plan and Remembering Keegan: A First Nations Case Study - and how they intersect across the health care system.
- Supports team members on their learning journey related to Indigenous-specific Anti-racism, Indigenous Cultural Safety and Humility, DEI and anti-racism.
- Commitment to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada as per TRC (2015) and BC's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019).
