**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical, functional expertise and support for the PeopleSoft Financial system
- Research and recommend vendor delivered solutions and patches
- Analyze requirements, design, develop, test, and implement new functionalities and reports
- Maintain, analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom interfaces
- Maintain and extend PeopleSoft delivered functionalities as needed
Comply with the change control and documentation requirements
- Assists in developing and implementing business strategies to improve operational processing and productivity
- Leads effort on coordination and testing of new system upgrades
- Provide technical assistance regarding system controls and processes during internal and external audits
- Provide direction for training and standards required to achieve and maintain an effective level of proficiency within the financial systems
- Own and ensure compliance to 52-109 controls for PeopleSoft Financial System, implement corrective and improvement actions as required
Work with corporate project team on Finance Transformation project to modernize financial systems

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years' experience in PeopleSoft development/support, configuration and/or implementation roles, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to data analytical job functions in support of interfaces and data management between systems
- Ability to work and communicate with team members, internal customers
- Ability to lead and/or co-lead projects with other team members as needed
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and have strong prioritization and resource management skills
- Strong self-confidence with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI)
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and accommodate changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- High degree of professionalism and discretion is essential
