This is an immediate position to start right away. The Recruiter position is an essential role where you will be providing recruitment support to our Account Managers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with Account Executives to provide a shortlist of qualified potential hires
- Strategizing and collaborating to improve the recruitment process and enhance gross margins
- Attend weekly meetings with the team
- Sit in on client meetings
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma OR High School Diploma plus 2 years work experience OR High School Diploma plus 2 years of high level competitive sports
- Proven ability to work in a sales and or a high volume environment
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
- Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation
- Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
- Proven ability to work positively within a team environment
