**Job Title**: Services Operations Manager - Managed Equipment Services (Onsite: Vaughan/Richmond Hill, ON)

As a Services Operations Manager, you will lead, support, manage, and develop a team of onsite imaging and biomedical equipment service team members between 2 hospital locations (Vaughan and Richmond Hill, ON). You will participate in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to achieve our commitment to Managed Equipment Services (MES) customers, while managing operational responsibilities and ensuring customer service delivery is executed in a safe and efficient manner.

Company relocation benefits **_will not_** be provided for this position. This is an onsite position; you must reside within the greater Toronto, ON area and report into work at the hospital sites daily.

**Your role**:

- People Leadership (Managerial Courage, Command Skills, Developing Direct Reports and Others, Building Effective Teams)
- Customer Ownership (Customer Focus, Composure, Negotiating, Business Acumen) - provide strategic solutions to address operational customer service needs.
- Operational Management (Drive for Results, Business Acumen, Decision Quality) - manage risks and operationalize around the service contract (KPIs).
- Financial Accountability (Drive for Results, Business Acumen, Decision Quality)
- Strategic and Tactical Initiatives / Resource Balancing: Determine possible strategic and tactical initiatives and prioritize based on business needs and resource availability.
- Nurture the Philips service relationship at all levels within the account, including hospital executives, physicians, clinicians, and administrative staff.

**You're the right fit if**:

- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in leadership and managing teams (this role oversees 8+ employees). Diagnostic imaging or biomedical backgrounds highly preferred.
- Your skills include solid experience managing a profit/loss business, adhering to contractual commitments to meet and/or exceed a high level of KPIs within a multi-matrix driven organization.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present, group facilitate, and interact with internal and external teams (including customers and 3rd party providers), effectively analyzing and presenting on operational and financial performance. You have excellent customer service skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- You have excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills; you have excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills to manage complex projects across multiple groups.
- You have a university degree in a healthcare related field. Business and/or clinical/biomedical preferred.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You must be able to:

- Travel for business and operate a motor vehicle/drive (must maintain licensure).
- Work in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
- Work flexible hours.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Lead/supervise others.
- Comply with vendor credentialing.

**Additional Information**
