We are growing and looking for a Contents Technician who is responsible for assisting with the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, mold and other hazards. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, content cleaning, packing of customer contents, site cleanup and completion of detailed job records.

Job Functions include the following:

- Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structures
- Pack contents up with protection and care to avoid damage
- Provide post construction cleaning to prepare a house for occupancy
- Follow established procedures for cleaning structures/contents and handling customer’s possessions
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion
- Superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism with clients
- Able to take direction and follow pre-established guidelines
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Able to deal with clients under difficult circumstances
- Able to work in constantly changing environments

**Requirements**:

- Experience with "Encircle" considered an asset
- Cleaning/janitorial experience preferred
- Experience in construction/restoration
- Clean criminal record check
- Valid, Clean Class 5 Driver’s License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
