Aventura Marketing has been ranked the 44th Fastest-Growing business in the country by Globe & Mail. To support our growth, we are looking for an energetic and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team We offer excellent pay for employees who are ambitious and committed to hard work.

The position is for full-time employees who will be executing a direct sales campaign for the continent's largest energy service provider. Sales Associate will spend their day engaging customers as the brand ambassador, promoting and selling services. The Sales Associate will be working indoor places like malls and Walmart.

**Responsibilities**:
Approaching customers pleasantly to promote our client's products/services.
Interacting effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues alike
Participate in training sessions and continuous learning activities with your team to ensure a high standard of service

**Requirements**:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be outgoing with a passion for talking to people
Passion for learning, goal-oriented and self-motivated
Must be able to work legally in Canada and pass a criminal background check

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:
French not required
Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay
Commission pay

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
