COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are a growing company with different divisions always looking to continue expanding.
We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our team and be part of the growth
TASKS:
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using computerized bookkeeping systems
- Receive and enter financial data/expenses
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Reconcile accounts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Must have comprehensive bookkeeping knowledge using Quickbooks Online
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel)
- Clear and concise communicator
- Time Management and organizational skills
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- NEPEAN, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
