**Home Economist Sales Consultant - Miele Experience Centres GTA (Vaughan & Yorkdale)**

Reporting to the Store Managers of our **Miele** **Experience Centres Toronto (Vaughan) & Yorkdale**, the responsibilities include:

- Drive direct sales business and an excellent premium brand experience
- Ensure the Miele Experience Centre is always kept in pristine condition, including the Active Kitchen
- Preparation of customer quotes and orders
- Sale of Cash-and-Carry products, Major Domestic Appliances, cross and up-selling of products
- Provide owner educations and product demonstrations
- Support Miele Culinary Institute events in partnership with the Miele Chef’s and the Miele Marketing department
- Host Q&A sessions during and after events
- Create leads from customer events which take place at the Miele Experience Centres
- Assist with video/digital content that may be required for customer events, including hosting virtual events
- Promote the Miele brand, philosophy and behaviours at all times to Miele customers, assisting them in their selection and purchase of Miele products
- Maintain a relationship with existing customers or re-engage customers back to the brand
- Ensure that customers have the home economic, and appliance support necessary to use the Miele appliances effectively in an effort to delight the customer and support the overall Company Vision

**Requirements**:

- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings & weekends
- Must be available to work at both the Miele Experience Centre Toronto (Vaughan) & the Miele Experience Centre Yorkdale (Yorkdale Shopping Centre)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in premium retail sales
- Culinary experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience hosting customer events
- Comfortable presenting in front of small and large groups
- Extremely organized
- Experience in premium customer service
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Optimistic and easily adaptable to change
- Ontario safe food handling certification is preferred, but not required
