**Information générale**:
Sous la responsabilité du directeur du bureau de gestion des projets, le Chargé(e) de projet dirigera l'exécution de projets de petite ou moyenne envergure et veillera à ce que toutes les activités connexes soient réalisées conformément à la politique d'Hitachi Energy, aux accords contractuels, aux normes de qualité, aux exigences en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement, aux objectifs financiers, ainsi qu'aux engagements en matière de calendrier. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les clients, l'ingénierie, la qualité, la production, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, etc.

**Responsabilités**:

- Coordonner les tâches du projet, motiver et contrôler les ressources internes et externes afin d'accomplir toutes les tâches et d'atteindre les objectifs fixés. Fournir un retour d'information sur les performances des ressources affectées aux projets.
- Définir, conjointement avec les services des finances, de la qualité, de l'ingénierie et de la planification, tous les documents de planification du projet, y compris les plans financiers et de portée, le calendrier et les plans de gestion des risques.
- Veiller à ce que le projet respecte les meilleures pratiques d'exécution et les politiques d'Hitachi Energy. Suivre et contrôler efficacement l'avancement du projet et l'utilisation efficace des ressources.
- Suivre et contrôler les aspects financiers du projet, superviser l'état de la facturation du projet, les coûts, les dépenses et les flux de trésorerie. Identifier, qualifier, quantifier et gérer les risques du projet, et veiller à ce que toutes les opportunités soient identifiées et exploitées.
- Recueillir, analyser et partager les enseignements tirés tout au long du projet. Veiller à ce que le projet soit officiellement clôturé, comme convenu contractuellement. Conduire l'acceptation formelle du projet, la clôture du contrat et sa reconnaissance par le client.
- Confirmer que le projet applique de manière cohérente la gestion des contrats et des réclamations, conformément aux politiques d'Hitachi Energy et aux accords contractuels.
- Coordonner avec la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et obtenir les services, matériaux et équipements nécessaires au projet auprès de fournisseurs externes et internes. Soutenir la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans les négociations avec les fournisseurs, les réclamations et les changements de projet.
- Servir de contact principal pour le client et de point d'escalade pour les problèmes liés au projet. Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes et communiquer efficacement avec toutes les parties prenantes.
- Veiller à ce que le projet respecte les politiques de l'entreprise en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur en électricité ou en mécanique ou équivalent
- 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de gestion de projet est un atout
- Bonnes aptitudes en matière de relations avec la clientèle et/ou de service à la clientèle
- Collaboratif, dynamique et capable de s'adapter au changement
- Orienté vers les résultats et doté de capacités d'influence
- Capacité à diriger et à gérer des priorités simultanées
- Attitude positive et influence dans un rôle de leadership d'équipe de projet
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
