**Job Description**:
Rubber Stone is currently seeking a skilled and experienced troweler to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality finishes for various surfaces. This position is based on an hourly rate, and we are looking for individuals with experience in concrete finishing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure precise and smooth finishes that meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain troweling equipment and tools.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge and skill in concrete finishing is recommended
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
