**Qualifications**Missional Expectations**
- Adhere to MCC BC’s Code of Conduct, policies, practices, and procedures, including Workplace Health and Safety

**Education, Experience and Accreditations**
- One year of relevant Thrift and/or retail experience, online marketing experience as asset

**Job Requirements & Licensing**
- Satisfactory criminal record clearance
- Legally able to work in Canada

**Thrift & Retail Competencies**
- Proficient at in-store and online retail merchandising/display, pricing and client experience concepts
- Proficient at using inventory and retail space for efficient product storage and retrieval
- Proficient at understanding and marketing MCCBC’s Thrift products and services, including recognizing on brand items for targeted or specialized sales
- Familiar (becoming Proficient) at understanding and improving MCCBC’s Thrift inventory, sales and service processes to achieve optimal efficiency and sales results
- Familiar (becoming Proficient) with trends and strategies in the Thrift and/or retail general merchandising sectors
- Proficient at maintaining, supporting and building a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to shop safety and security procedures and requirements

- Proficient (becoming Expert) at in-store and online display, presentation and photography, including use of cameras and related equipment and software for product photography
- Proficient at identifying, describing, sorting, and organizing on-brand inventory, including using productivity software to track inventory and using online research tools to ensure pricing and product competitiveness
- Familiar (becoming Proficient) at understanding online metrics and delivering performance reports on sales and online performance
