**Position Summary... **:The Manager, Catalog Data Health will lead a team focused on the measurement of product data across the eCommerce catalog and improving its quality. A major focus will be leveraging Generative AI for content data enrichment, and creating and improving actionable insights through enhanced content quality scores. These content scores will enable vendor and seller partners to manage and improve their product listings based on advanced measurement of content performance.

As the steward of content quality, they will partner with Merchants, Vendors, Key Account Managers and Sellers to drive adoption and scaling of content quality improvements. They will also partner closely with legal, compliance, and vendor relations teams to ensure product data meets all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

**What you'll do...**:
1. Lead Catalog Data Health Initiatives
Develop strategies to improve catalog data quality, focusing on completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Utilize AI-driven content data enrichment models to enhance product listings, fill data gaps, and standardize product information.

2. Develop and Drive Adoption of Content Quality Scorecards and Content/Style Guides
Lead the creation and ongoing enhancement of content quality score frameworks to evaluate product listings based on various metrics such as completeness, accuracy, image quality, and SEO optimization.
Build and enhance systems that allow vendor and seller partners to monitor their products’ content scores, with real-time actionable insights on how to improve content quality and performance.
Drive rapid adoption of CQ scores and Content Style Guides across vendors, sellers and merchants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these scores into the vendor portal, empowering partners to make data-driven improvements.

3. Team Leadership & Management:
Manage and mentor a direct team of Associate Content Manager/s, and indirectly Product Managers, AI engineers, driving a high-performance culture focused on data health and content quality.
Set clear KPIs for catalog data improvements, with measurable goals around search relevance, facet navigation, and supply chain data accuracy.
Foster a collaborative environment where the team continuously drives innovation in catalog management.

5. Compliance, Vendor, and Legal Collaboration
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure catalog practices adhere to regulatory requirements around product data, privacy, and intellectual property.
Work on vendor and seller contracts related to product data management, negotiating terms that support catalog data enrichment and quality initiatives.
Ensure all new processes and data sources are vetted by legal teams, particularly when implementing data scraping and AI-driven solutions.

6. Analytics, Reporting, and Measurement
Develop and maintain **content quality score metrics**, providing vendors and sellers with actionable insights into how their products are performing in the catalog.
Measure the impact of catalog data health improvements on key business outcomes, such as increased search relevance, improved facet navigation, and enhanced supply chain efficiency.
Regularly report catalog health metrics and outcomes to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities for further optimization.

7. Process Optimization & Automation
Implement automation solutions for catalog data cleanup, validation, and enrichment, utilizing AI and machine learning to minimize manual data handling.
Continuously improve internal workflows to ensure scalability and maintain high standards of data integrity across all product categories.
