**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fluent in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant social media sites
- Photography and editing
- Videography and editing
- Schedule & post on multiple social media platforms
- Engage with community and followers across all platforms
- Grow our audience online
- Arrange and coordinate giveaways or influencer collaborations
- Strategize and scheduling social media ads (FB/IG; Google Ads), monitoring budgets, ensuring high returns on the ads,
- Understand analytics and redirecting as needed to achieve target
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Send out e-newsletters to encourage sales or event attendance
- Other duties as assigned

**THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING**
- 3-years related experience in Content Creation
- Current or former marketing, communications education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices and desire to stay up to date
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Curious and have a desire to learn and grow
- Understanding of Canva, Adobe (Rush, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom), Linktree and Later an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Team-oriented person who works well in a collaborative environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
