**Network Administrator - Cloud**

The Northern Alberta YMCA is looking for a Network Administrator - Cloud to manage all aspects of our virtual infrastructure. This position involves supporting and monitoring O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Intune/AutoPilot and Meraki. Ensuring a reliable and well-defined infrastructure supports our employees in our service commitment to members. You will have the opportunity to work with senior staff to implement integration and innovations, challenged with pulling the most out of our systems. Your knowledge and skillsets will ensure that community members have the access to the life enhancing programs and services that they have come to expect from the Y.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage a physical and virtual infrastructure for all YMCA value streams including Child Care, Health, Fitness & Aquatics, Community & Housing Initiatives and Fund Development across Northern Alberta
- Actively managing systems in a Microsoft Cloud environment, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager and Defender
- Provides Tier 2/3 support, training and mentorship to the department on the projects and tasks assigned to team members, championing a commitment to excellent customer service
- Responsible for recommending and contributing to the identification, development, testing and implementation of solutions for new software, process changes, information or data needs, and technology upgrades to better deliver exceptional internal and external customer service as the YMCA advances an integrated online environment
- Develop and maintain documentation for existing infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks, functions and duties as required

**What You’ll Need for This Job**
- Diploma or degree in Computing Science, network administration or a related field is an asset
- Demonstrated experience managing a Microsoft Cloud environment, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager and Defender
- Experience administering Cisco Meraki switches and Aps
- Demonstrated experience with Office 365, using PowerShell cmdlets, Microsoft One Drive, SharePoint Online and mobile device access
- Experience with storage (AWS), and automation (Intune and AutoPilot)
- ITIL certification would be an asset, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis to sites around Edmonton and northern Alberta
- Effective writing & verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
