**Position: Civil Construction Labourer**

**Location**: Hanover, ON

**Position Description**

We are looking for an experienced and capable skilled construction labourer to join our growing team. This role is intended for a motivated individual who values their work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and exhibits exceptional skills.

**REQUIREMENTS & JOB DUTIES (Include but not limited to)**:

- Capable of conducting heavy physical lifting, frequent prolonged standing/walking, pushing/pulling, or moving/lifting heavy equipment/supplies
- Must have knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, material, and tools used on a construction site.
- Ability to withstand some repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as with a team
- Ability to understand and communicate information
- Ability to operate all general construction power tools
- Self-motivated, with a good work ethic, team player, reliable and honest.
- Ability to show up every day and on time.
- Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored correctly.
- Active listening and respectful attitude towards all members of the company and public.
- Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
- Always follow all health and safety policies and regulations
- Capability to make judgment-based decisions independently
- Self-motivated, Team player, Flexible and Reliable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
