**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Clinical Content Development**:

- Engage with SMEs, research and gather inputs to develop clinically relevant and marketable content for Extended Reality based clinical simulation
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to develop the content strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with Solution Design team to provide them with clinical guidance and requirements

Product Validation**:

- Provide ongoing feedback on the clinical accuracy and relevancy of all aspects of the product
- Run pilot sessions with SMEs and Early Adopters to gather efficacy feedback and ensure translation of this into the product
- **
Customer Demos and Training**:

- Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver powerful demos that convey the clinical relevance to customers
- Engage with customers to train them and help integrate the solution into their curriculum
- Engage with current and new customers to help design impactful VR clinical simulations

**Essential Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Related Discipline or Healthcare Education
- Minimum of five (5) years of medical, nursing, emergency care, or critical care experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical education
- Good communication skills to clearly articulate clinical ideas to internal and external stakeholders

**Useful Skills & Experience**:

- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH)
- Experience with VR Healthcare Simulation
- Master’s degree in in Nursing, Healthcare or Healthcare Education
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical education
- Experience in simulation operations and training
- Experience working with product teams to provide clinical validation and direction
- Experience working in diverse healthcare environments with diverse patient groups (hospital, homecare, transport, military, etc)
