**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees activities of contracted maintenance partners, prioritizing repairs and evaluating cost-benefit for recommendations.
- Liaises with operations departments for plant activities, aiding in planning and implementing plant improvements/expansions.
- Manages asset tagged records and refines preventive and predictive maintenance via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Schedules daily, weekly and monthly Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance tasks.
- Keeps a comprehensive view of tasks, suggesting solutions for work capacity concerns efficiently and safely.
- Coordinates contracted service requests with internal teams.
- Assigns work orders, aiding management in job coordination, and monitoring compliance to priorities.
- Conducts job site analyses when needed.
- Reports on work order data, including statistics on overdue, backlog, received/completed and monthly reporting metrics.
- Advises on asset maintenance programs.
- Keeps maintenance records for ISO Audit purposes.
- Monitors and enhances key maintenance metrics, like asset use, costs, preventative maintenance and schedule compliance.
- Occasionally travels to other Liebherr Canada branches.
- Handles other assigned duties as necessary.

**Competencies**:

- 3+ years experience in Maintenance Planning.
- Educational background in Maintenance Management, Engineering, or related field.
- ** Knowledge of FIIX, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).**:

- Upholds a high customer service standard with operations teams.
- Operates with mínimal oversight, employing independent judgment for problem-solving.
- Computer experience in Microsoft Office Applications; Preventative Maintenance software; Power BI.
- High level of attention to details.
