We are seeking a Videographer and Photographer who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are the top-selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality video and photography for our marketing purposes.

**Compensation**:
$22 - $25 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results
- Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
- Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
- Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results
- Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients

**Qualifications**:

- Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
- Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment
- Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be in possession of and an expert user of a professional-grade DSLR Camera, which can handle video and HDR photography. Most other equipment will be provided.
- Drone experience and license are a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
